W was a salaried partner in MHAA. In 2020 W signed a Deed of Adherence which bound him to a Members Agreement containing restrictive covenants which barred W from competing with MHAA during his membership and for two years after he ceased to be a member. W set up a competing firm in breach of the covenants.
