In March 2021, 51,587.190 MT of soybeans were shipped in good order and condition on board the claimant's vessel Papa John from Barcarena in Brazil to Pivdennyi in Ukraine under 17 bills of lading issued by the Master. The bills of lading were endorsed to the second defendant.
