Charterers Sino East Transportation Ltd (SET) appealed an arbitration award in favour of the defendant Grand Amazon Shipping Ltd (GAS), disponent owners of the vessel Grand Amanda, by which the tribunal concluded that charterers were to indemnify owners by approximately US $6 million.
