Edwards and Others v 2 Sisters Food Group Ltd [2025] EWHC 1312 (KB)

It is now more than five years since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, but its effects can still be observed. This July 2025 issue of Personal Injury Compensation contains discussion of an appeal against a decision to strike out the claims of five employees of a company who had contracted Covid-19 in the early days of the pandemic. That will be followed by an outline of the progress of the Covid-19 Public Inquiry which continues to work at pace.
