Tort system league table

AIG is to publish a league table of state and county tort systems in the US. The aim is to rank states according to their tort systems. AIG said that in effect, the league tables would illustrate which states and counties were good places to do business. Since states are always looking for extra inward investment, nobody would want to be bottom of the list, according to the insurer. The company is supporting tort reform in the US.
