Arch Insurance International New head of ports and terminals

Arch Insurance Inter-national has appointed Holley Higgins as head of ports and terminals, with immediate effect. Based in London, she reports to Jake Gibbs, head of marine, energy and construction. With more than 15 years' experience in the sector, Holley joins Arch from Markel International, where she was most recently head of transport and logistics.
