Dipcon Engineering Services Ltd ("Dipcon") provided engineering services for Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd ("UDeCOTT") in connection with a housing development. The contract incorporated Parts I and II of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction, 1987 Edition.
