This was the return date for a full hearing on an interim anti-suit injunction granted by Dias J on 20 December 2024 in favour of the claimants. In the present proceedings the claimants sought continuation of the anti-suit injunction whereas the defendants sought to have it set aside. The claimants also sought an anti-anti-suit injunction restraining the defendants from applying to the Nigerian courts for relief against the claimants.
