Error of law: time limits for appeals

The decision of Andrew Baker J in RRY v NKX [2025] EWHC 41 (Comm); [2025] 1 Lloyd's Rep 254, draws attention to the fact that there are no specified time limits in the Civil Procedure Rules for appealing against the refusal of a judge to give leave to appeal against an arbitration award for error of law under section 69 of the Arbitration Act 1996. The court found a partial solution in CPR Part 52.
