Liability of private hospital for injury sustained under "all-in treatment" package

The High Court has recently heard a case in which a question arose as to whether the defendant, a private hospital, could be liable for the catastrophic injuries suffered by the claimant during a medical procedure carried out at the defendant hospital by private consultants under the terms of an all-in package of treatment.
