Daniamant has launched its latest Forward-Looking Sonar (FLS) development: the FLS 3D - 30 Degrees, a world-first in sonar technology offering enhanced visibility and safety at sea. Building on the success of its flagship FLS 3D model, the new innovation features a streamlined, single-transducer design, delivering a precise view of the seabed to provide captains with unparalleled depth visibility, real-time navigation and enhanced situational awareness in uncharted or poorly charted waters. With a 30-degree horizontal and 90-degree vertical scan, the new model allows users to see a forward range of up to 200 m ahead and 100 m in depth, alongside an industry-leading 20x depth-to-range ratio.
