No appeal for bankrupt
The claimant lodged a notice of appeal in an employment tribunal case, involving unfair dismissal, breach of contract, wrongful
dismissal and disability discrimination, which was thrown out by the tribunal. But the claimant was declared bankrupt shortly
afterwards, and her appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal was dismissed. The judge pointed to a distinction between cases
personal to the bankrupt, and other claims.
