Gay sauna visit therapeutic

A man sacked from an engineering company for regularly visiting gay saunas during the day has received £450,000 in damages for unfair dismissal. The man was fired from his £118,000 a year job as managing director after he was followed by a private detective. However, the court found that he attended the saunas for therapeutic purposes related to a bad back, and his working hours were flexible.
