London ILS market ‘catching up’: Lloyd’s Keese

London Bridge 2 is helping London’s insurance-linked securities (ILS) market catch up with its competitors in Bermuda and elsewhere, according to Lloyd’s outgoing chief financial officer, Burkhard Keese.
