Lucy Letby update

The Thirlwell Inquiry into the case of Lucy Letby has made significant progress. Lucy Letby is currently serving multiple life sentences after being convicted of the murder and attempted murder of babies at the Countess of Chester Hospital. The Thirlwell Inquiry is concerned with the wider context of events occurring at the hospital, including the experiences of parents, the conduct of staff and the culture, management and governance in the NHS aimed at ensuring that babies are safe.
