Between 2019 and 2020 Renaissance Securities LTD (RS), a Cypriot company, entered into six investment services agreements with each of six Russian companies, the defendants. The agreements were in materially identical terms, and were governed by English law with disputes to be referred to LCIA arbitration with a London seat.
