Smart containers gaining traction in increasingly digitalised world

It may come as no surprise that the use of smart containers is gaining traction. A report from UK consultancy Drewry in July 2023 predicted that the global telematics-enabled container equipment fleet will grow six-fold in the coming five years and account for 30 per cent of global box inventories by 2027.
