NorthStandard Head of sustainability

NorthStandard has appointed Kate Kwiatkowska as its new head of sustainability to drive forward a key part of the global marine insurer's long-term strategy. Joining from Fintel plc, where she served as head of ESG and corporate marketing, Kate will engage with NorthStandard members, brokers, employees and other stakeholders, developing the role sustainability plays in overall strategy and reviewing sustainability priorities. She will also metrics and reporting mechanisms for demonstrating progress over time.
