Sustainable efforts below IMO goals

The Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance has published its annual report showing that industry efforts fall well below minimum IMO goals. However it said that, while the global shipping fleet's overall emissions are currently not aligned with the IMO decarbonisation trajectories, both signatories and affiliate members remain dedicated to supporting the shipping industry in achieving emissions reduction targets.
