Charterparty - Amended NYPE form - Application for partial final award in respect of hire and bunkers - Whether counterclaims for discharging cargo without charterers' consent and for issuing bills of lading without authorisation should be taken into account - Procedure - Peremptory orders

The subject vessel was chartered for one trip under a charterparty of 16 September 2021 on the NYPE form with amendments and additional clauses. The dispute resolution clause provided that the charterparty should be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and that any dispute should be referred to arbitration in London in accordance with the LMAA Terms.
