Keoghs expands into Ireland through O’Brien Lynam Solicitors acquisition

Davies has expanded its legal solutions arm, Keoghs, into Ireland through establishing Keoghs Ireland, which will acquire the assets from OBL (O’Brien Lynam Solicitors), a Dublin-based law firm. OBL is a full-service law firm that acts for European and multinational insurers, PLCs, financial institutions, investment funds, semi-state bodies as well as corporate entities and private individuals.
