State Medmal insurer for Mississippi?

The Governor of Mississippi is presenting the Care Access & Reliability Enhancement Act to a special legislative session. This would create an insurer providing coverage for doctors, hospitals and nursing homes initially financed by a US$10mn revenue bond. The act would also set a limit of US$250,000 for non-economic damages against health care providers and US$500,000 for others.
