Steps required of employer to reduce risk

The steps required of an employer to reduce the risk of injury to a worker to the lowest reasonably practicable level include assessment of risk with consideration of the particular task, the context where it is to be performed and the particular employee to perform it. This would include awareness that employees would not, on all occasions, act with full and proper concern for their own safety.
