Judica prepares for group action against Claims Direct

Claims management and settlement company, Judica, working with law firm Betesh Fox, is seeking to recruit shareholders and franchisees to pursue action against Claims Direct, its insurers, directors, and founders, alleging omission of information from the flotation prospectus. Judica and Betesh Fox are both working on the expectation of receiving a proportion of any compensation won.
