Mass poisoning charge against NERC

A test case on behalf of hundreds of Bangladeshis has been launched against Britain’s Natural Environment Research Council (NERC). It alleges that in 1992 researchers at NERC’s British Geological Survey were negligent in failing to test water from wells, sunk as part of a programme to provide clean drinking water, for arsenic.
