‘Fondling bare bottom… not part of the practice of law’

This the successful plea of insurer rejecting a claim for indemnity of US$250,000 from lawyer Milo Altschuler found guilty of sexual assault. According to a report in the ‘Connecticut Law Tribune’ he had spanked his female client’s bare bottom allegedly to improve her performance as a witness in court.
