Ring-fenced funds for claim, despite insolvency

Where in the course of an action a defendant had discharged a freezing order by payment of a sum into a solicitor’s joint account, that sum was still available to satisfy the claim, should it be successful, even though the defendant had subsequently gone into liquidation.
