New Scottish statutory instrument to see PIDR calculation change

The way in which the Personal Injury Discount Rate (PIDR) in Scotland is calculated is set to change following a new Scottish statutory instrument passed by the Scottish Parliament, according to Kennedys. However, whether the result will be lower or higher than the current -0.75 per cent rate remains unknown, said the law firm.
