Consequential loss not covered under public/products liability policy

A trader supplied sugar to a mincemeat manufacturer; it was contaminated with magnetite. While the trader admitted liability for breach of contract, it rejected an additional claim for loss arising from the manufacturer losing two important customers as neither caused by the breach of contract and, in any case, were too remote from the event.
