Emerald Bay and Lightspeed team up to boost California homeowner options

US specialty insurer Emerald Bay Risk Solutions and specialty managing general agent Lightspeed Specialty Insurance Solutions have teamed up to launch an insurance facility in California to boost availability of homeowners' cover in the state and fill a gap left by several departing carriers.
