PEME clinics

The Swedish Club is expanding its enhanced pre-employment medical examination (PEME) programme outside of the Philippines, with new accredited clinics in Colombo, Sri Lanka and in five locations across India. The Club said that the "enhanced PEME greatly increases the chance of identifying potential health issues that could lead to a crew member falling ill while on board", and exceeds basic requirements for employment medical assessments.
