Railtrack claims for Selby crash
A new claim has been issued by Railtrack against Gary Hart, the driver of the Land Rover that caused the fatal rail crash
at Selby, seeking £11mn damages and loss of business. The operators of both trains involved are also looking to recoup some
of their losses.
