Change to MIB agreement
After more than two years negotiation, solicitors groups concerned with road accident litigation have won some concessions
to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau 1999 Uninsured Drivers’ Agreement. These, backdate to 15 April, include extension of the notification
period from seven to 14 days and reduction of certain other requirements.
