Admiralty - Ship mortgage - Whether gaming equipment fell within scope of mortgage - Meaning of "ship", "appurtenances" and "belongings"

The vessel World Dream was a large cruise ship built to carry more than 3,000 passengers. She was, in essence, a floating hotel. She had a variety of facilities onboard, including bars and swimming pools. Significantly for the present dispute, she had an assortment of gaming equipment spread across various locations, including slot machines and casino tables.
