St Paul expects ‘substantial’ claim
In a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the St Paul Cos recognise the potential for a ‘substantial’
claim from a policy written more than 40 years ago by USF&G Co, purchased by St Paul in 1998.
