The HarrisMartin Publishing asbestos litigation magazine reports a mesothelioma suit jointly naming vaccine manufacturer Pfizer
and two auto shops. The claim against the auto-shops is run-of-the-mill in alleging failure to warn of risk of exposure to
asbestos dust when replacing pads in his car.
