‘No charge’
of causing the foot-and-mouth outbreak is to be brought against pig farmer Bobby Waugh, according to the prosecutor for 16
other charges relating to his pig-keeping in Heddon-on-the-Wall in Northumberland. He has been taken to magistrates court
by the Northumberland County Council trading standards department.
