Contractors’ duties to sub-contractor’s employees
In a case involving use of an unsuitable ladder for work on a building site, at the suggestion of the second defendant’s foreman,
it was argued that this defendant had no liability as the claimant was not employed by them nor did they know the level of
his experience or training.
