Aon believes the preparation of a strong ESG story will allow buyers to take advantage of the favourable directors’ and officers’ (D&O) market. It noted that the global D&O market remains buyer-friendly, with abundant capacity, strong competition among D&O insurers, and continued premium decreases and deductible reductions.
