Construction London Market: PI and D&O sees increased competition

Underwriting appetite for construction professional indemnity (PI) in the London Market steadily increased and rates continued to plateau in the first half of 2023, according to Miller’s “Construction London Market Update H1 2023 ”. The end of the first half, traditionally a busy renewal period in the construction PI market, saw accelerated improvement with a number of buyers enjoying rate reductions.
