IFRS Foundation Annual Report

The year 2022 was a landmark one for the IFRS Foundation, and the annual report ¹ for that year, which was published in early April 2023, reveals some interesting information about how the activity to establish and run the ISSB has been funded, and how the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) and the Value Reporting Foundation (VRF) were integrated into the IFRS Foundation from a financial point of view.
