Charterparty - Time charter trip - Whether owners in breach of charter in discharging cargo contrary to charterers' instructions when exercising a lien on it for sums due from sub-charterers

In their first partial award in London Arbitration 4/23 ( Lloyd's Maritime Law Newsletter, (2023) 1134 LMLN 2) the arbitrator reserved jurisdiction to deal with other matters referred to them and not determined there. One such matter was the charterers' counterclaim.
