Accident involving pedestrian in contact with bus

Zanatta v Metroline Travel Ltd [2023] EWCA Civ 224

The Court of Appeal unanimously dismissed an appeal by a claimant who had suffered life-changing injuries when she came into contact with a bus. The decision was difficult because her injuries prevented her from recalling the accident and the bus driver had died of unrelated causes some time after the accident and before the hearing.
