Damages for noise-induced hearing loss in military service

Barry v Ministry of Defence [2023] EWHC 459 (KB)

In an individual claim for damages for hearing loss suffered in the course of military service, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) argued for a 30 per cent reduction in damages for contributory negligence on the part of the claimant.
