Third bodily injury study

Work has started on the third study into bodily injury awards in the UK, commissioned by the International Underwriting Association with actuarial research once more carried through by Mike Brockman. Investigation into trends in bodily injury awards, legal factors behind them and the effectiveness of rehabilitation in the claims process will be even more detailed than that of 1999. Publication is scheduled for early 2003.
