Levenes Solicitors calls for Employers Liability Insurance Bureau

Claimant law firm Levenes Solicitors has called for the establishment of an Employers Liability Insurance Bureau (ELIB) to cover the claims of employers who are uninsured. Tim Beasley, partner and head of catastrophic injury at Levenes Solicitors, pointed to the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB): “Sadly, there is no such equivalent body for claims arising from accidents at work.”
