This was the hearing of interim applications by the applicants to direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master to release payments in terms of the decree, out of the sale proceeds of the vessel OSV Beas Dolphin, sold by order of the court on 24 September 2020. The applicants were crew members who had instituted proceedings for unpaid wages. By an order dated 6 September 2022 the court gave a ruling on the priorities for the allocation of the proceeds of sale.
