Arbitration - Anti-enforcement injunction - Interim order preserving assets - Senior Courts Act 1981, section 37 - Arbitration Act 1996, section 44

The vessel Eships Progress, owned by Eships, was chartered to Delta. There was a chain of sub-charters: Delta sub-chartered to Sea King; Sea King sub-chartered to Multitrans; and there was a voyage charter to E-Star. There were then various fixture notes or sub-charters under which E-Star agreed carriage contracts with a number of other entities.
