So it was for Andrew Guest, when he was forced to leave the farm he had farmed for the whole of his adult life following a falling out with his parents and the standard “farm-ilial” promises amounting to that it would all be his one day tied to low pay and long hours albeit also a place to call home: all the fun of the farm.
