Application concerning 89-year-old wanting to travel to Jamaica

XX (by His Accredited Legal Representative) v West Northamptonshire Council [2022] EWCOP 40

The Court of Protection has held that it was in the best interests of XX, aged 89, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, to travel to Jamaica. He was originally from Jamaica, but he had travelled to the UK to live and work there in the 1960s.
